5-ZONE PRE-SHAPED FULL CUSTOM LINER
The liner is entirely thermoformable (external stem/padding and tongue) What makes it different is a special construction that allows a high level of thermoforming in the ankle bone, metatarsal (1st and 5th) and navicular zones to mould perfectly to the shape of the foot - while the rest of the stem retains its properties for perfect support. This ensures excellent support and therefore very high technical properties.

Asymetrical Dual Core Cuff
The DUAL CORE technology helps to strengthen the inner side of the cuff to provide better grip in turns and greater support.

Carbon Dual Core
The first injection is made using Polyurethane reinforced with carbon fibres. On the one hand, this very rigid material helps to strengthen the lower part of the shell and optimise resistance to flexion and torsion, and on the other hand, it strengthens rear support, thus increasing the boot’s precision.

SEAMLESS TOE BOX
To increase the thermal insulation, Rossignol has designed a liner with a toe box that retains heat inside the liner. Thermographic studies show that this new design has reduced energy wastage by around 20%.

Used mainly in clothing, this extremely fine fibre improves freedom of movement thanks to its elasticity. In a liner, it works ideally with the other materials to provide perfect foot support for great skiability.
