Description of the defect

When returning the goods within the statutory deadline, they must not be worn or show any signs of damage. In the case of clothes, the goods must not be washed and must have original tags attached. Otherwise, the goods will be sent back at the customer´s expense. We kindly ask for returning in the original packaging as well.

Printing and dispatching the form together with the goods is necessary to initiate the return procedure.

Address for return:
In case of a complaint about oversized goods (e.g. bicycles), wait for the preliminary statement of the manufacturer or seller before sending the goods, please.
