How can I order?

You order from our shop by completing the following steps:

1. Select the correct size/color/length of an item and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the button (add to cart). Adding item to your cart does not mean any obligation of purchase.
    
2. You can view all the items that you have placed in your shopping cart when you click on “Cart”. Here you can also delete articles or change the number.
    
3. If you would like to purchase the items from your shopping cart, you must select payment method and then click on “proceed to order” to go to the ordering process.
    
4. During the ordering process, you first enter your address and delivery address and select the gifts you want (if the requirements are met).
    
5. Before you send your order, you will see an overview of all the data for your planned order on the control page (summary). You can also correct or change your order details here by clicking on “Delivery and payment” or “Address” in the top right corner.
    
6. By clicking on the “Confirm order” button, you are sending us your order. This way you also agree and commit to a purchase agreement.
    

After you have submitted your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and setting out its details (“Receipt of your order”). This email does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that we have received your order.

The purchase contract is only concluded when you get the “confirmation of the order” email
