Technologies

Active Armor

Active Armor is a vibration damping and rebound control system that is located under the binding. Inspired by the carbon armor from the Firebird collection, the plate is brought outside of the ski body which allows it to flex freely. In this way the ski turns out to be less demanding while still providing a very high level of performance.
Full Camber

The traditional camber design is intended primarily for variable terrain. The emphasis is on rapid response at the start of the turn and perfect management of skis
edges. We recommended this shape for advanced skiers.
2 Ti Construction

Blizzard's double Ti constrruction is time tested and now improved as it is blended with progressive material concepts to ensure your performance on demand is met with precise edge grip, a responsive round flex and excellent stability and control at any speed.
Trueblend Piste HP Woodcore

PERFECT BALANCED FLEX
Two different types of wood specifically blended into one woodcore. The different density stringers are customized in quantity and length creating 3 different areas of density to precisely control the flex.

ACCESSIBLE PERFORMANCE
The Trueblend Piste Woodcore is designed with a harder flex zone in the center, that provides stability and edge grip, a medium flex zone in front of and behind the binding that provides control, and a soft flex zone in the tip and tail that provides easy turn initiation and release. Trueblend technology allows us to precisely control the flex throughout the whole length of the ski and in every size.
