Car tents with a sleek aerodynamic design can be easily installed on small and large cars, including vans. The technical design and insulation of the tent prevents condensation.

The tent shell is available in white or black. As the fibreglass shells are handmade, different tent weights may occur. (As the roof tents are handmade, variations in weight and dimensions are possible within normal tolerances (+/- 10%).

Grand Tour: offers the largest internal space in the Maggiolina range when the shell is closed. Large internal space for storing, in addition to overnight essentials, sports equipment bags, travel accessories, backpacks and valuable equipment.

The fabric is waterproof and water-repellent. This allows for a comfortable overnight stay in a healthy environment even when the tent windows and doors are closed.

• Opening and closing is instant thanks to the practical handle, the roof tent opens with the handle in a few moments
• The reliability of this mechanism is legendary. The crank turns 2 threaded spindles with 4 nuts connected by a chain. These nuts push the lifting struts and thus the roof upwards. In this way, the necessary tension of the fabric can be created even in a storm.This is also very valuable, as it allows the fabric to be stretched perfectly taut. The fabric does not weaken even after years and thus benefits the stability and aesthetics of the tent.
• In addition, the handle serves as a protection against theft of all internal luggage - without the handle, the shells can only be opened at great length
• Includes a high-density foam mattress with cotton cover, 2, 3 or 4 pillows and an adjustable ladder for medium-sized vehicles
• All models are made with 2 entrances and 2 windows, all openings have a zipper and mosquito net
• The mosquito net is fastened with 2 zippers and can be fixed open
• High-quality ceiling light (18x5 cm) with 3 LEDs as standard, with swivel reflector, powered by batteries that are easy to replace
• Inner lining is anti-condensation
• All tents have two entrances as standard, so you can choose the direction of entry and have better ventilation
• Arc zippers are installed at the entrances. These also allow partial opening and create privacy. In addition, the air inside the tent can circulate better and condensation is prevented. The Grand Tour series is equipped with 2 large doors (can also be used as a window) which are even wider than the standard size: W=90 cm instead of 75 cm.
• A weatherstrip under the entrance protects against dust, cold and draughts
• A standard automatic spring hook blocks the ladder when it is open. This prevents the risk of slipping and the ladder stands stable and secure on any floor.
