• Double Inmould Technology

  Double Inmould Technology - Instead of Inmould Technology, a secondary polycarbonate shell is introduced to protect the otherwise more vulnerable inner foam of expanded polystyrene against damage. In this process, the inner part of the EPS helmet is simultaneously injected into the top and bottom of the shell. The rear and lower side of the helmet is better protected against impact. Extending the Inmould construction with another polycarbonate shell adds extra protection to the lower and rear helmet parts.
