Völkl Blaze JR (vMotion)
The junior free tourer for the best days off-piste.
The Blaze JR - together with the Rise JR - is the first junior ski with 3D Radius Sidecut. It's a real freeride touring secret tip for the youngsters, as in fact, with the appropriate touring binding, the Blaze JR is definitely suitable for occasional ski touring. Matching skins cut to size, are also available.
Basically, however, the extremely versatile junior ski is a true recommendation both on and off the slopes. The ski can handle a wide variety of terrain types and it is really easy to turn even in packed or difficult snow conditions. Overall the Blaze JR impresses with its enormous manoeuvrability, especially in narrow sections or forest passages. At the same time, thanks to the tip & tail rocker, only little force is required to initiate a turn, even at moderate speed. And once you accelerate, it will always deliver sufficient smoothness and directional stability even in the top speed range in wider turns.

Reinforced sidewalls thanks to especially engineered material ABS which not only reinforces the edges but also dampens unwanted vibrations. Thanks to this construction, the skis are more stable and steady in faster ride, whether in deep snow or on hard surface. Direct and strong powertransmission with full length sidewalls.

Multi Layer Woodcore
Wood core of the ski is composed of the multiple types of wood for the accurate function of the particular parts of the ski. Harder wood is used especially under the binding to maintain the stifness in contrast to soft wood in the tip and tail for the optimal flexibility of the ski.
