• BI-INJECTED HIGHBACK

  The highback is bi-injected with a:

  • Highly rigid material in the centre to provide solid rear support
  • Soft material along the sides to mould to the shape of the shell and offer a snug foot wrap

• DOUBLE BUCKLE

  This double buckle provides two independent functions:

  • Unlock the cuff through a cable with its inner section
  • Traditional closure with the upper section

  When the release buckle is opened, the cuff unlocks. When closing, the cuff returns to the ski position after flexing.

• DUAL CORE VIZION

  The Dual Core technology incorporated into the VIZION boots is used on the lower part of the shell with an injection point. The shell’s reinforced torsional and flexural rigidity improves performance.

• SEAMLESS TOE BOX

  To increase the thermal insulation, Rossignol has designed a liner with a toe box that retains heat inside the liner. Thermographic studies show that this new design has reduced energy wastage by around 20%.

  This rugged, articulated steel spine reinforces the action of the highback and acts as an anchor point for the cuff release mechanism. This anchor is located at the top of the spine.

• STEP IN LINER FULL CUSTOM

  A traditional liner construction with the ability to follow the cuff when it tilts towards the rear.

  • Elasticated areas to allow the liner to follow the cuff
  • The liner can easily be removed and refitted

  The fit is the same as a four-buckle boot, with excellent heel support, and can be fully personalised using the Configuration machine.

• Step In Technology

  A brand new bot construction made of an overlap structure, wide open i nthe back with a spoiler which recreates a las of a high performance boot, to ensure a high level of performance. The unlock mechanism is attached to a strong steel blade, to provide a strong support and rebound of the boot for more control and precision. The double buckle allows to unlock the cuff to open it widely and to ease entry and exit. To complete the technology, the liner with elastic zone on the instep and aand the heel follows naturally the cuff. Step in technology is the secret of performance without any struggle.
