  ABS Plastic is one of the necessary evils of snowboard production. We improve the sustainability of our snowboards by using only recycled plastic.

• Sintered 9900

  The Sintered 9900 base is made of Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene and Carbon. This makes the base very fast, easy to repair and very durable. The ABS sidewalls from recycled plastic will last everything. The aviator is ready for use from the factory. The base is waxed with WEND natural wax.

• Traction Tech technology

  The Traction Tech technology (like a serrated knife) gives the steel reinforced corrugated edges tremendous stability when skiing in any terrain or unexpectedly rough snow conditions.
