The KROSS Level 4.0 is the epitome of universality. This mountain bike will be ideal for city rides and off-road trips. It is not limited to one wheel size and it makes it possible to choose from a wide range of accessories, such as mudguards, trunk or kickstand. We also equipped it with a suspension fork, and the frame was made of lite aluminium. These are not the only technologies that are found in this bike.
The KROSS Level 4.0 in 2022 is a continuation of the thought guiding us when designing the previous generations of this bike. It features a new paint on the frame. There is a new geometry of the bike along with the latest Shimano groupset designed for amateur racing in XC and MTB marathons. The Shimano Deore M 5120 is a 1x10 drive with a completely new rear derailleur mechanism.
The KROSS Level 4.0 is not only intended for aggressive riding and racing. This bike will adjust to your needs. We managed to achieve this thanks to the right geometry, which makes it possible to take a relaxed position. It enables the cyclist to reduce load from the forearms and to better observe what is happening in front on the road. We also equipped it with proven drive components supplied by Japanese companies, namely Shimano and Suntour. The KROSS Level 4.0 features a high-class Shimano Deore M5120 derailleur and a SR Suntour shock absorber, which will allow you to effectively and safely overcome obstacles on your way.
We used lightweight lite aluminium for the production of the frame. It is an improved aluminium 6061 alloy, being a perfect compromise between high stiffness and low weight. It is characterised by resistance to external conditions, breaking and impacts. To ensure its lowest possible weight, some elements are subject to additional butting. In the frame we used internal cable routing, thanks to which we obtained an aesthetic and elegant look. Internal cable routing also makes it easier to keep the bike clean and minimises the risk of the cable hooking on roots in off-road rides, for instance. The Kross Level 4.0 also features hydraulic Sram Level disc brakes. Thanks to them, modulation of the braking force is much easier than with classic v-brakes.
The SR Suntour XCR 32 RL Coil shock absorber was also installed in the bike facilitating riding on uneven terrain and along urban cycling routes. It is a shock absorber equipped with a classic spring, providing 100 millimetres of travel. Additionally, the handlebar includes the shock absorber lock lever enabling its stiffening. This will help you get better performance while pedalling. To ensure high grip on forest paths, we have equipped the wheels with Schwalbe Smart Sam tires, adjusted to the rim size. Other components include the high quality Kross products and a seat supplied by the renowned Italian brand, namely Selle Royal.

Enhanced version of Aluminium 6061 is an ideal compromise between high rigidity and low weight. The frame is very resistant to external influences, breakage and impacts. reducing materials used in frame tubes, we were able to maintain the rigidity of the structure and also reduce weight.
Guaranteed powerful braking power even in the most demanding conditions,it will last much longer than traditional brakes.
The method used for shaping the frame. This technology primarily creates a lighter frame structure, which is characterized by precision and greater durability.
Wiring inside the tubes increases durability of the cables protecting them from mud, sand and rain. It also helps save precious grams and achieve professional sports-round character.
Technology where the disc brake is mounted directly to the frame without additional elements. This system has a positive effect on the strength and accuracy of the brakes, but also the weight. Another advantage is better heat distribution preventing a long braking to reduce efficiency.
The coating technology using molecules on aluminum powder electrified using heat. Result is perfectly smooth material, highly resistant to mechanical damage.
We created a system of exchangeable dropouts in order to protect our frames as much as possible. In case of damage they can be easily and quickly exchanged. Screws or a special nut are used for the dropout in order to minimize frame damage.
