ROSSIGNOL Hero GS Pro 126-171 R21 Pro

The all new Hero Athlete GS Pro is a competition-level GS race ski designed specifically for U8 to U16 junior racers

The sizes, constructions and flexes have been adapted and modernized to better meet the needs of future developing Heros. Flexes and balance have been developed individually by size to best match the growing junior athlete.

Race-proven Line Control Technology (LCT) meets our podium-seeking construction for optimized precision, balance, and power. LCT eliminates counter-flexing for total control of your line, while junior-specific sizes and flexes propel developing athletes to the next competitive level.

Technologies

Cascade Tip

This specific tip c o n s t r u c t i o n involves stepping the end-points of the top two layers, one metal and the other fibreglass. The objective is to reduce tip inertia and weight, creating a ski that is livelier and more receptive. This construction also delivers better torsional control of the tip, for more effective grip and very high precision in turns.
Rectangular Sidewall

RECTANGULAR SIDEWALL CONSTRUCTION

A contemporary sandwich construction, with wood core, vertical walls, fiberglass and titanal or carbon reinforcement. The wood core acts as the ski's "backbone", and gives a great feel on snow. The rectangular structure enables improved flexibility distribution, while the vertical walls give immediate, powerful grip.
Titanal Beam

The TITANAL BEAM delivers the right amount of power under the foot and enhances grip across the entire length of the ski.
Fiberglass - skis

Fiberglass offers more elasticity than carbon and comes in multiple weight and weavings, making it the best choice for customized flex an torsional resistence.
Oversized Sidecut

The Oversize sidecuts combine the highly-shaped sidecuts of carving skis with current underfoot widths. The width at the tip and tail delivers effective grip as well as power and precision. The underfoot width gives increased control and better hold in turns. OVERSIZE sidecuts offer maneuverability, power and control.
Robusta Poplar Wood Core

Robusta Poplar Wood Core ensures a more perfomant balances weight, flex, and stability for a versatile blend of power. Used on junior GS skis.
Sintered HD Base

Sintered HD Base offers great glide for all ski conditions.
