Junior downhill skis Blizzard Firebird Comp Jr
Whether a young racer is poised to climb the ranks all the way to the World Cup, or they’re simply focused on ripping down the mountain, the Firebird Comp JR is designed to turn junior racers into lifelong skiers. The Competition is a heritage line for Blizzard. It’s a multi-radius ski that brings versatility to the race course. The Firebird Comp Jr. features a single Titanal layer and a full woodcore. Combining high-performance technology with sandwich partial sidewall construction, the Firebird matches the right amount of camber and edge grip with a shape perfectly suited for junior racers.

- binding JR 7.0 FDT (up to 70 kg)

Full Camber
The traditional camber design is intended primarily for variable terrain. The emphasis is on rapid response at the start of the turn and perfect management of skisedges. We recommended this shape for advanced skiers.

GripWalk
The new sole-binding system for better walking comfort AND top skiing performance.
GripWalk contains of a new co-polymer sole with rocker profile. The convex shape and ribbed tread of the rubber add a lot of walking comfort and provide a much better grip. Still, integrated pads made of stiff and rigid materials, guarantee great power transmission and precise release function of the binding.
GripWalk soles are the perfect tuning parts designed for selected premium ski boots and bindings.
