Sidas Cushioning Gel Support insoles are designed for everyday activities. They have basic and flexible longitudinal arch support (if you require more support and stability, we recommend the excellent Sidas Cushioning Gel 3D model) and a high proportion of gelmaterial, so they provide a large degree of cushioning in a large area of the insoles (not just under the heel and forefoot), which is good for comfort but less so for athletic performance.
Their durable antibacterial material on the surface helps to wick away sweat, which is also supported by the perforations in the front of the gel insoles.

The basic range of SIDAS 3D insoles, which meets all the requirements for health, comfort and stability of the user. They are designed for all sports activities, everyday use in classic and walking shoes, as well as for work shoes.
Sidas 3Feet insoles are available in 3 versions according to the arch height (Low, Mid, High). Sidas 3D with basic arch support suits mainly feet with a medium arch.
