Terms and Conditions Donovaly

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OBTAINING AND USE OF ONE-DAY FREE SKI PASS TO PARK SNOW DONOVALY SKI RESORT

(also described as free ski pass in the points below)

1. Each customer of online shop Skiandbikes.com who paid his purchase and confirmed his interest in a free ski pass in the order form, acquires the right to one piece of free one-day pass to the ski resort Park Snow Donovaly for the winter season 2016/2017.
2. Minimum purchase price required to claim for the free ski pass is EUR 80.
3. Customer has the entitlement to obtain a free ski pass only once in the winter season 2016/2017. In the case of multiple purchases of the same customer during the winter season 2016/2017, this customer is not entitled to request a free ski pass. Respectively, the customer is obliged to inform in the order form or by email that he already received the free ski pass to the ski resort Harrachov in season 2016/2017 for purchase on www.skiandbikes.com or www.zimni-zajezdy.cz. Online shop management reserves the right to refuse entitlement for receiving a free ski pass to customer whose some information in the order (e.g. home address, delivery address, email address, telephone number) are identical with another order of another customer, who has already obtained free ski pass in the current season. Online shop management reserves the right to refuse entitlement for receiving a free ski pass also to customer, whose order will be suspected it was divided into more orders for the purpose of obtaining free ski passes.
4. The customer who is entitled to obtain a free ski pass will receive a unique voucher from the Skiandbikes.com online shop after completed payment for the purchase. The customer must present the voucher together with a personal document (ID, passport, etc. with photography) and the invoice for the relevant purchase at www.skiandbikes.com in Park Snow Donovaly administration office located next to the bottom station of lift TELEMIX Nova Hola during the winter season 2016/2017. When a customer submits a voucher in administration office of ski resort Park Snow Donovaly, the free one-day ski pass to ski resort Park Snow Donovaly will be issued to him. Please enter the correct name and surname of the person who will use the free ski pass in the order form in Skiandbikes.com online shop. These data will be printed on the voucher and must match the personal information on the submitted ID at Park Snow Donovaly administration office.

5. Generated voucher and obtained ski pass are not transferable and are valid only in the winter season 2016/2017.
6. Entitlement to free ski pass, generated voucher for free ski pass and obtained ski pass cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise refunded.
7. Judicial enforcement of free ski pass entitlement, free ski pass voucher and free ski pass to the ski resort Park Snow Donovaly is excluded.
8. Promotion is valid by 31. 3. 2017 or until further notice.
9. Skiandbikes.com online shop management reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time prematurely, including termination of already issued free ski pass vouchers without any compensation. Information about early termination of the promotion or the validity of already issued free ski pass vouchers will be published solely on the www.skiandbikes.com website.
10. Skiandbikes.com online shop management reserves the right to refuse entitlement for free ski pass obtaining to any particular customer, even without giving any reason and without entitlement to any compensation.
11. A customer, who is entitled to receive a free ski pass and requests for free ski pass voucher in the order form in www.skiandbikes.com online shop, agrees to provide his email address to the ski resort Park Snow Donovaly operator for sending news about this ski resort.
