High-performance slalom skis for ambitious piste skiers seeking precision, speed, and maximum edge control
The Völkl Racetiger SRC is a performance-focused slalom ski designed for ambitious skiers who enjoy fast short turns, razor-sharp edge grip, and dynamic carving on perfectly groomed slopes. Built exclusively for piste skiing, it delivers excellent stability, quick responsiveness, and outstanding control throughout every turn.
Its Woodcore Inlay construction, Titanal Band reinforcement, and Full Sidewall / Mini Cap design create an ideal balance of precision, durability, and smooth handling. The Tip Rocker profile makes turn initiation easier, while the factory race-inspired edge tuning ensures exceptional grip and immediate response from the very first run.
Who are these skis for?
The Völkl Racetiger SRC is designed for sporty skiers who spend most of their time on groomed pistes and want a ski with a distinctly performance-oriented character. It excels during fast carving, short-radius turns, and confident skiing on hard-packed snow.
Perfect for:
How do the skis perform on the slopes?
The Racetiger SRC feels lively, precise, and highly responsive. Its relatively narrow waist and sporty geometry deliver rapid edge-to-edge transitions and extremely accurate turn control. The Titanal Band reinforcement provides excellent stability at higher speeds, while the Tip Rocker profile makes entering each turn smoother and less demanding.
Factory edge tuning (1.4° base bevel and 87.6° side edge) provides exceptional grip and precise feedback on firm snow, making the ski feel sharp and confidence-inspiring straight out of the box.
Key performance characteristics:
Understanding the specifications
73 mm waist width
A 73 mm waist offers an excellent balance between quick edge changes and high-speed stability. Compared to pure race slalom skis, it delivers a little more forgiveness while maintaining outstanding carving performance.
Benefits:
Turn radius: 12–15.8 m
The short-to-medium turn radius is perfect for energetic carving while remaining stable during faster medium-radius turns.
Benefits:
Technologies
Woodcore Inlay
The wood core provides natural flex, smooth energy transmission, and excellent stability, resulting in balanced performance and long-term durability.
Benefits:
Titanal Band
The Titanal reinforcement increases torsional stiffness and improves stability at higher speeds while reducing unwanted vibrations.
Benefits:
Full Sidewall / Mini Cap
This construction combines the precision of traditional sidewalls with the durability and reduced weight of a Mini Cap design.
Benefits:
vMotion 2
The vMotion 2 plate system optimizes power transfer between the boot, binding, and ski while allowing the ski to flex naturally throughout the turn.
Benefits:
P-Tex 2100
The high-quality sintered P-Tex 2100 base provides fast glide, excellent durability, and long-lasting performance.
Benefits:
Zebra Structure
The specially engineered base structure efficiently disperses water and maintains fast, consistent glide across varying snow conditions.
Benefits:
Construction
The Racetiger SRC combines a Woodcore Inlay with Titanal Band reinforcement and a Full Sidewall / Mini Cap construction. Tip Rocker technology makes turn initiation easier, while the factory race-inspired edge tuning delivers exceptional precision and grip on hard-packed pistes.
Main construction features:
Binding included
The skis come pre-mounted with the Marker vMotion 11 TCX Black binding. Together with the vMotion 2 system, it provides efficient power transfer, excellent safety, and compatibility with both GripWalk and traditional alpine ski boots.

Full Sidewall construction with Mini Cap overlay for maximum durability.
P-Tex 2100 - high-quality sintered base. It uses polyethylene balls pressed into one large and solid block, from which thin strips are then cut off. This results in a very hard substrate that is relatively porous and easily accepts wax, especially after many applications. This provides an easier adjustment between the hardness of the snow and the hardness of the wax.
The Titanal Band technology absorbs hard shocks reliably, delivers stability and yet saves on unnecessary weight.
Engineered for ultimate on-piste precision, Zebra Structure features a deep, high-definition base pattern tailored to narrower, system-mounted skis. This aggressive structure delivers lightning-fast, reliable turn initiation and smooth, controlled drifting for maximum carving performance.
