Power carving on groomed slopes for the sporty speed-loving female skier.
The Flair SC Carbon comes with a modest tip rocker, a carbon setup and now new with a Titanal band. In this season, the tip has also been slightly widened. The rather technical and lightweight setup provides fantastic riding characteristics for energetic turns on the slopes. Also definitely worth mentioning is the new topsheet made from recycled plastics, which allows us to reduce the ski's carbon footprint without sacrificing performance.
The Flair SC Carbon is simply predestined for fast, sharp on-piste turns. In combination with a full sidewall and Multilayer Woodcore Light the Titanal band provides the necessary comfort and control you need. The tip rocker supports the agility especially in the turn initiation. An advanced skiing level doesn't hurt, but every ambitious carving skier will be amazed at the liveliness and maneuverability with which the carbon version of the Flair SC carves from one edge to the other.
Super dynamic, challenging and at the same time playful on prepared slopes - skiing the Flair SC Carbon is so much fun!

3D.GLASS is Völkl’s latest development to furthermore improve overall ski performance and stability even in critical snow conditions. Compared to classic glass constructions the three-dimensional and multiple-folded glass layers in the binding area result in an increased edge grip and a more vivid rebound behavior in turns.
Reinforced sidewalls thanks to especially engineered material ABS which not only reinforces the edges but also dampens unwanted vibrations. Thanks to this construction, the skis are more stable and steady in faster ride, whether in deep snow or on hard surface. Direct and strong powertransmission with full length sidewalls.
The construction specifically designed with respect to enormous forces and pressures which are common in freeride. The additional layer of carbon increases the ski's stability.
TIP ROCKER
// only bent upwards in the tip area
// traditional cambering in the mid-section
The Titanal Band technology absorbs hard shocks reliably, delivers stability and yet saves on unnecessary weight.
