The HEAD Total Joy is a high-performance women’s all-mountain ski designed for advanced and sporty skiers looking for one versatile ski for the entire mountain. With an 85 mm waist width, the skis provide significantly greater stability in softer and chopped-up snow while maintaining carving precision and confident edge hold on groomed slopes.

The new ski shape with an extended sidecut makes the Total Joy more forgiving and versatile across different turn shapes. The skis handle both short and longer carving turns with very smooth transitions while still offering excellent stability at higher speeds.

HEAD optimizes weight distribution using a lightweight poplar wood core, carbon reinforcements and Graphene technology. The result is an exceptionally lightweight construction that still maintains strength, stability and sporty performance. This makes the skis easy to control and less tiring even during long days on the slopes.

EMC (Energy Management Circuit) technology actively reduces vibrations using ceramic piezoelectric plates placed in the front and rear sections of the ski. The result is a smoother ride, improved control and increased stability even on hard or chopped-up pistes.

Better Balance technology optimizes the skier’s ramp angle regardless of boot shell size. This makes turn initiation easier, improves natural stance and contributes to better stability at higher speeds.

SUPER LIGHT WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION

With GRAPHENE we are able to manipulate the geometric profile and weight
distribution of the ski in any way we like. Depending on the nature of the ski model, the type
of skier, and the expected snow conditions, we fine-tune weight and flex distribution characteristics
to optimize the skiing experience. Never before has a ski been more perfectly
balanced or more efficient — in every model of the size run. In our new women’s line, each
ski’s weight distribution is set up for one of two categories: "on-piste" and "off-piste".
TRP - ROLLER PINCER TOE SYSTEM

The TYROLIA Roller Pincer Toe System (TRP System) with its four rollers allows a 180° release and exact centering of the ski boot. The TRP system reduces the load on knees and ligaments and improves performance considerably.
